Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Information
We currently ship via USPS to all 50 states from Hawaii. Please note that shipping time begins after the 1–5 business days processing period. While we are not offering international shipping yet, we hope to expand soon.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at woowoocrystalco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) to help us assist you promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Woo Woo Crystal Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing or has been delivered to the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.
