We accept returns for unopened and unused candles within 15 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please email woowoocrystalco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the defect for prompt assistance.
