Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Woo Woo Crystal Co. Our products are prepared and shipped from Maui, Hawaiʻi, and we appreciate your support of our small business.

Where We Ship

Woo Woo Crystal Co currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Occasionally, unexpected supply or inventory issues may require additional processing time. If an issue will significantly delay your order, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information provided with your order.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Our 2–4 business day processing time refers to the time needed for Woo Woo Crystal Co to prepare your order before it is given to the shipping carrier. Any shipping or delivery estimate provided at checkout begins after the order has been shipped and is dependent upon the carrier.

Because orders ship from Maui, Hawaiʻi, transit times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Woo Woo Crystal Co. Weather, carrier delays, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you discover an error, contact us at support@woowoocrystalco.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if your order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

Woo Woo Crystal Co is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. You may choose to have the eligible merchandise reshipped at your expense or receive a refund for eligible merchandise. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@woowoocrystalco.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is reasonably determined to be lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, ask other members of your household or neighbors who may have accepted the package, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Please also contact us at support@woowoocrystalco.com if you need assistance. We are happy to provide available tracking information and help with a carrier inquiry when possible.

Woo Woo Crystal Co cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that the shipping carrier has confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided with the order. We will, however, do our best to help you investigate the situation.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as weather, transportation disruptions, peak-season volume, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Woo Woo Crystal Co is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped, but we are always happy to help if you are having difficulty locating your order.
