Refund policy
We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Our return policy allows you to return products purchased within 15 days of purchase, provided the candle(s) are unopened and unused. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return postage/shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund promptly. Please contact us to initiate the return and to receive the return address to send the product(s). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Refunds will not be issued for custom orders already started or custom products already purchased.
