By accessing or using our website or placing a retail order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

These Terms apply to retail purchases for personal use. Purchases made for resale or other commercial purposes may be subject to separate Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

1. About Woo Woo Crystal Co

Woo Woo Crystal Co LLC is a small business based in Maui, Hawaiʻi offering crystal-infused car diffusers, fragrance refills, Tiny Rituals On the Go crystal sets, and other related products.

Our car diffusers contain real, ethically sourced crystal chips.

Our fragrance refill bottles do not contain crystals.

Tiny Rituals On the Go contain ethically sourced, natural tumbled crystals.

2. Eligibility & Retail Purchases

By placing an order through our website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are making the purchase with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, including billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

Products purchased under these retail Terms are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Customers purchasing products for resale should use an approved Woo Woo Crystal Co wholesale account and will be subject to our separate Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not obligate Woo Woo Crystal Co to accept or fulfill that order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, inventory or pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, misuse of our website, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We may also contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to process or fulfill your order.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their colors, materials, scents, sizes, components, and other characteristics.

However, actual product appearance may vary due to natural materials, handmade or small-batch characteristics, photography, lighting, packaging updates, and differences in electronic displays.

Products and fragrances are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, fragrances, packaging, pricing, or other product details at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted except where reasonably necessary because of an error, product availability issue, safety concern, or similar circumstance.

5. Natural Crystals & Product Variation

Crystals are natural materials, and no two stones are exactly alike.

The real crystal chips contained in our car diffusers and the natural tumbled crystals included in Tiny Rituals On the Go may vary in color, size, shape, pattern, texture, clarity, markings, and overall appearance.

These natural variations are expected, are part of the unique character of natural crystals, and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to provide a representative example. The crystals in the product you receive may differ in appearance from those shown in photographs.

Information provided by Woo Woo Crystal Co regarding the traditional, spiritual, or metaphysical properties of crystals is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

7. Product Safety

Woo Woo Crystal Co products must be used, handled, and stored responsibly and only as intended.

Crystals, car diffusers, diffuser components, and liquid fragrance refills may present serious choking, accidental ingestion, or other hazards if handled or used improperly.

Keep crystals, diffusers, refill products, and their components completely out of reach of children and pets.

Do not ingest fragrance liquid or any other non-food Woo Woo Crystal Co product.

For all car diffuser and refill products, always read and follow the specific directions, safety instructions, and warnings printed on or provided with the product packaging before use.

Customers are responsible for using, storing, and handling products according to the directions and warnings provided.

8. Car Diffusers & Fragrance Refills

Woo Woo Crystal Co car diffusers are intended to be used as fragrance products in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

Our original car diffusers contain real, ethically sourced crystal chips.

Fragrance refill bottles do not contain crystals.

Refill products are intended for their designated use and should be handled, stored, and used only in accordance with the directions and warnings provided.

Do not ingest diffuser or refill liquid. Keep products securely stored and out of reach of children and pets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woo Woo Crystal Co is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage or handling, failure to follow product instructions or warnings, modification of a product, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

9. Fragrance Experience

Fragrance perception is subjective.

The perceived character, strength, and longevity of a fragrance may vary based on personal preference, temperature, airflow, vehicle conditions, frequency of use, environmental conditions, and other factors.

Descriptions of fragrance notes are provided to communicate the general character of a scent. They do not guarantee that every customer will experience or perceive a fragrance in exactly the same way.

A personal preference regarding a fragrance does not, by itself, mean that a product is defective.

10. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where correction is reasonably necessary because of an obvious pricing, typographical, or technical error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed as appropriate during checkout.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed using one of the payment methods made available through our website.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if payment cannot be authorized or if we reasonably believe a transaction may be unauthorized or fraudulent.

11. Shipping

Woo Woo Crystal Co currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Unexpected supply or inventory issues may occasionally require additional processing time. If an issue will significantly delay your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Woo Woo Crystal Co.

Our separate Shipping Policy contains additional information regarding shipping, tracking, delivery, incorrect addresses, lost packages, packages marked delivered, and carrier delays and is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Eligible retail products may be returned within 15 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund & Return Policy.

To be eligible for a standard return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

For safety and product-quality reasons, opened or used car diffusers and fragrance refill products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@woowoocrystalco.com within 5 days of delivery.

Our separate Refund & Return Policy contains the complete conditions governing eligible returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items, and nonreturnable products and is incorporated into these Terms.

Purchases made for resale or under a wholesale account are not governed by our retail Refund & Return Policy unless we expressly state otherwise. Wholesale transactions are subject to separate Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

13. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotional offers, discount codes, sales, and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end promotions and to reject the use of a promotion or discount in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or failure to satisfy the stated conditions.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to applicable law and any additional terms disclosed at purchase.

14. Intellectual Property
