How do I use my car diffuser?
Carefully remove the wooden cap and inner stopper. Never use your mouth or teeth to remove the inner stopper. Replace the wooden cap securely, then gently tip the bottle for a few seconds to allow the fragrance to absorb into the wood. Return the bottle upright and hang it securely in your car. Repeat as needed to refresh the scent.
How long does a car diffuser last?
Our car diffusers typically last approximately 5 to 6 weeks, depending on use. Fragrance longevity can vary based on temperature, climate, how frequently you tip the bottle to refresh the wooden cap, and other environmental factors.
What kind of crystals do you use in the diffusers?
Each diffuser contains real, ethically sourced crystal chips thoughtfully selected to complement the intention of that particular scent. Because crystals are natural, their color, size, shape, and appearance will vary.
Are your car diffusers non-toxic?
Our diffusers use a non-toxic, biodegradable diffuser fragrance with no phthalates. The base is DPG-free, IFRA compliant, VOC compliant in all 50 states, made with 50.1% renewable resources, biodegradable, and Prop 65 compliant.
Are the diffusers refillable?
Yes! Our glass diffuser bottles were designed to be reused. When your fragrance runs low, simply refill it with the matching Woo Woo Crystal Co Car Diffuser Refill.
Can I use a different scent when I refill my diffuser?
We recommend refilling with the same fragrance because some of the original scent may remain in the wooden cap and bottle. Mixing fragrances may alter the intended scent.
Are car diffusers safe around children and pets?
The diffuser and its contents should always be kept out of reach of children and pets. The fragrance is not intended for ingestion, and the crystals and small components may present a choking hazard.
Can the fragrance damage my car?
Fragrance oil may damage some surfaces. Always keep your diffuser upright and secure, and never allow the fragrance to spill or drip onto your dashboard, console, upholstery, plastic, painted surfaces, or other surfaces. Woo Woo Crystal Co LLC is not responsible for damage caused by spills, leakage, or misuse.
Will every diffuser look exactly the same?
No, and that's part of what makes each one unique. Our crystals are natural, so their size, shape, color, and appearance may vary. Small variations are completely normal.

How much is in a refill bottle?
Each refill contains 14 ml / 0.48 fl oz, enough to refill your Woo Woo Crystal Co car diffuser approximately twice.
How do I refill my diffuser?
Carefully remove the wooden cap and place the diffuser bottle upright on a flat, stable surface. Use the dropper to slowly add fragrance, leaving some space at the top. Do not overfill. Replace the wooden cap securely and enjoy.
How many times can I reuse my original diffuser bottle?
Your glass diffuser bottle is designed to be refillable and reusable. Continue using it with Woo Woo Crystal Co refills as long as the bottle, wooden cap, and hanging components remain in good condition.
How should I store my refill?
We recommend keeping your refill bottle upright in the product box it comes in and storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, clothing, and finished surfaces.
Are the refills non-toxic?
Our car diffuser refills are made with non-toxic, phthalate-free, biodegradable fragrance and are IFRA and VOC compliant.
Do refill bottles contain crystals?
No. The crystals remain inside your original car diffuser bottle. Refill bottles contain fragrance only.

Is the pouch reusable?
Absolutely. The cotton pouch with grosgrain ribbon tie is designed to be reused. Keep your Tiny Ritual inside or repurpose the pouch for other little treasures.
Are Tiny Rituals appropriate for children?
Crystals and small components can present a choking or ingestion hazard and should be kept completely out of reach of children and pets.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Carrier transit time is additional and begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What if my order arrives damaged?
