- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free — no code needed!
- Processing Time: Orders are fulfilled within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
- Carriers & Delivery: We ship via USPS from Hawai‘i to all 50 states. Please note, delivery time starts after processing. International shipping isn’t available yet, but it’s on our radar!
📦 Damages, Lost Items & Returns
- Damaged Orders: If your candle or diffuser arrives damaged, please email us at woowoocrystalco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can make it right.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We’re not responsible for lost/stolen items once they’ve shipped. Please contact your local USPS for help tracking them down.
- Returns: We accept returns for unused, unopened candles or diffusers within 15 days of purchase. Customers cover return shipping. Email us to start the return process.
- Exchanges: Only available for defective items — reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos.
