Accessibility
Woo Woo Crystal Co wants everyone to be able to browse and shop on our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for website accessibility.
What we’ve done
In October 2026, we had our site reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA and made a series of improvements, including:
- descriptions for our product and page photos, so screen readers can describe them
- darker text colours that are easier to read
- a reviews slider, menus and forms that work with a keyboard and screen readers
- clearer headings, buttons and links
- pages that work when zoomed in and on small screens
Known limitations
- Our email sign-up popup and wholesale application form are provided by Shopify Forms and may not yet be fully accessible.
- Some older blog posts may still have images or formatting we haven’t updated yet.
